All sales are final. We only except returns for damaged items. If you received a damaged item you have 48 hours (2 days) after tracking has showed that your product has been delivered, to contact us. This policy is non negotiable. In this event , feel free to send us an email at palexanderdetroit@gmail.com. In order for your claim to be evaluated, you MUST include your name, order number, and a clear photograph of the damaged item. If your case is approved for damage claims you will be offered the opportunity to choose a replacement or a refund.

Shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service. All orders will ship Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.65 which is what the post office charges. These fees are not kept by the company but sent to the postal service for your shipping needs. All orders will come with insurance and tracking that will be sent as soon as your package has been shipped. Please keep in mind that shipping takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you place an order on Friday after 12pm ct (central time) it will be shipped out on Monday. Due to covid-19 shipping delays may occur.

Here at P. Alexander we work with 100% organic soy wax only. All of our products are handmade and will sometimes vary in appearance and color. Frosting may or may not occur, if it does this is not a defect in your candle, this is a natural effect of using authentic soy wax and does not in any way, shape, or form impact the performance of your candle.
